Parts typically will come directly from the lasers or punch press directly to our press brakes.  The operator will download the bending program, set up the tools and start bending after the first piece is inspected.  All of our press brakes have the ability to be programmed offline to drastically cut down on set up time and eliminate the 'guesswork' in forming parts.  This gives us more capacity on our press brakes throughout each shift, because the operators don't have to think about how to perform a very complicated set up.  It has already been figured out for them.

We have a wide variety of tooling, including many custom tools.  We're able to form standard 90 degree bends or acute/obtuse angles, joggles, hems, large radii, channels and more.
